Alexia Webster is a South African visual artist, photographer and filmmaker who has explored family, migration, ecology and the unconscious world.
She has worked in the documentary field, across visual and storytelling mediums.

Her experience ranges from working as photojournalist, to creating experimental documentary video projects, directing, developing public participatory art installations across the world, writing and directing a podcast, working on 360 video stories and collaborating with musicians, designers and animators to develop mixed media live performance works.


Her work has been widely exhibited across Africa, the United States, Europe and India and published in numerous international publications including the New York Times and National Geographic Magazine.
